Different Positions
This is much better. When I had premature ejaculation myself, I experimented in the bedroom and discovered a great many different and useful positions. Did you know that missionary position is actually the worst for PE? You're better off occasionally letting your woman take control. Woman on top facing away from you is really good. When I had PE problems I found it impossible to ejaculate in this position. Just experiment for yourself.
Condoms
This is another way to slow down your arousal. Either using a thicker condom or a condom containing a small amount of anesthetic. Either way and you will get a few extra minutes in bed.
Whatever you do, don't use 2 condoms as this will simply backfire on you. Although 2 condoms will work, they are also more likely to break due to friction between condoms. And a condom that breaks is pretty much useless, if not a total disaster!
